Baptism of adults and children over 6 years old take place the first Friday of each month. Parents and guardians should ensure that their children have completed the necessary forms. Adults should be enrolled in Transformation classes. On the first Friday of the month, all Baptismal Candidates are asked to report to the Main Sanctuary between 6:00 - 6:30PM so they can sign in for baptism. For more information call (617)298-0278.

We welcome those who wish to be married at Morning Star Baptist Church. Must check with the Pastor's secretary, Tina Wright for available dates. Premarital counseling is required by the Pastor of Morning Star. Under no circumstances should any announcement of a wedding at Morning Star be made until the couple has had an interview with the wedding coordinator and the Pastor consents to officiate and our Statement of Understanding and application have been signed and a deposit has been made.  Click here for a copy of the application.

Christian burial is a service of blessing for the deceased and of thanksgiving to God for that person's life. As Christians, we believe that death marks not the end of life, but a new beginning as we move from earthly life to a greater Life with God.
