Pastor Borders' Eleven Guiding Principles:
- A Ministry of discernment without condemnation or prejudice. That we will receive everyone through the eyes of Jesus Christ. 2 Corinthians 5:16
- An offering of dynamic teaching to produce dynamic believers who realize the purpose of God in a dynamic way. 2 Peter 1:2-4
- Proof that love is the central characteristic of faith. Love is voluntarily and unconditionally received and given. 1 Samuel 18:1-4
- A stewardship centered life that goes beyond the tithe. Tithe is the first step in trusting God. 2 Corinthians 8:2-5
- Leadership that is supported and cultivated throughout the fellowship. Responsibility for the whole vision is shared by the entire assembly. 1 Thessalonians 5:12
- Worship, not fixed but flamed. Open expressions of love for Jesus Christ should be encouraged, taught and shared. Psalm 143:8
- The Holy Spirit continues to work supernaturally; there is no disconnection between the biblical past and the present day.
- Intimacy with God is the key to life change. Exodus 33:11
- A missionary vision of the world: showing Christs love in practical and tangible ways: extending beyond, making the world Gods family.
- Family is the central unity of society, Gods instrument of salvation and transformation. Those who are in Christ are in Gods family.
- Accepting Jesus Christ through faith in His shed blood will result in righteousness and holiness.
